Job Summary
Polsinelli is seeking an experienced full‑time Legal Administrative Assistant for its Dallas office to support the Litigation, Labor & Employment, and IP practice groups. The role involves managing files, attorney calendars, travel, billing projects, and a range of administrative tasks that require strong organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Manage files, create TOC and TOA, open new matters per attorney request, and maintain all relevant document inclusions.
- Manage attorney calendars and travel schedules.
- Assist with billing projects and reviews.
- Handle a broad variety of administrative tasks, prioritizing multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Proficiency with Texas State and Federal Court e‑filing.
- Experience acting as an executive assistant to confidential and sensitive matters.
- Strong initiative, ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, rapport building with co‑workers and clients, meticulous attention to detail, proofreading and typing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
