Our client is a well-established, diversified financial services firm offering investment banking, securities, investment management, and wealth management services. With a strong national presence, they are known for fostering a professional, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment, and they are currently looking to add an experienced Administrative Assistant to their Dallas team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$27/hr - $30/hr (Temporary)
$80K annually (Upon conversion to permanent)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a growing team of 8 onsite at our client's Dallas office. This is a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, with strong potential to grow into a permanent role.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
* Keep the office well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
* Manage calendar scheduling and coordination across the team.
* Handle expense reporting and reimbursements (heavier workload on Fridays).
* Coordinate travel arrangements (heavier workload on Fridays).
* General administrative and office support duties as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Comfortable managing calendars, travel, and expense reporting.
* Reliable and detail-oriented, especially with Friday's heavier admin workload.
* Team player who can work independently while remote one day a week.
* Energetic, positive disposition with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
Preferred Experience /Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
* Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate or financial services environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar/expense tracking tools.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
