Client Overview

Our client is a well‑established, diversified financial services firm offering investment banking, securities, investment management, and wealth management services. With a strong national presence, they are known for fostering a professional, fast‑paced, and collaborative work environment, and they are currently looking to add an experienced Administrative Assistant to their Dallas team.

Salary / Hourly Rate

$27/hr - $30/hr (Temporary). $80K annually (Upon conversion to permanent).

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a growing team of 8 onsite at our client's Dallas office. This is a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, with strong potential to grow into a permanent role.

Responsibilities
  • Keep the office well‑organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the team.
  • Manage calendar scheduling and coordination across the team.
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursements (heavier workload on Fridays).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (heavier workload on Fridays).
  • General administrative and office support duties as needed.
Required Experience / Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable managing calendars, travel, and expense reporting.
  • Reliable and detail‑oriented, especially with Friday's heavier admin workload.
  • Team player who can work independently while remote one day a week.
  • Energetic, positive disposition with a proactive, self‑starter mindset.
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar/expense tracking tools.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
