With a strong national presence, they are known for fostering a professional, fast‑paced, and collaborative work environment, and they are currently looking to add an experienced Administrative Assistant to their Dallas team.
Salary / Hourly Rate$27/hr - $30/hr (Temporary). $80K annually (Upon conversion to permanent).
Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a growing team of 8 onsite at our client's Dallas office. This is a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, with strong potential to grow into a permanent role.
Responsibilities- Keep the office well‑organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the team.
- Manage calendar scheduling and coordination across the team.
- Handle expense reporting and reimbursements (heavier workload on Fridays).
- Coordinate travel arrangements (heavier workload on Fridays).
- General administrative and office support duties as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable managing calendars, travel, and expense reporting.
- Reliable and detail‑oriented, especially with Friday's heavier admin workload.
- Team player who can work independently while remote one day a week.
- Energetic, positive disposition with a proactive, self‑starter mindset.
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar/expense tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
