What you'll be doing
  • Responsible for coordinating daily service operations and supporting field technicians to ensure efficient, customer-focused service delivery.
  • Reports to the General Manager and oversees administrative processes related to service scheduling, dispatch, work order management, and customer communication.
  • Collaborates with service technicians, customers, and management to coordinate appointments, prioritize service requests, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintains accurate service records, processes documentation, and supports office operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implements and follows administrative processes that improve workflow efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the overall success of the service department while delivering exceptional customer service.
What we're looking for
  • Experienced in office administration and supporting daily business operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of business operations and administrative processes.
