Duties and responsibilities of the position:

Set up new and renewal business files.

Clerical/admin support for the Safety & Loss Control department

Communicate with Head Office departments as needed.

Set up new policy documents and maintain integrity of files.

Premium processing for policies and endorsements

Set up reinsurance certificates in electronic system.

Processing policies and endorsements within written guidelines

Bill premium for premium bearing transactions

All other tasks that may be assigned by underwriters.

Data Entry Clearing new business submissions in Salesforce Enter policy data into various Starr platforms
- Camilion, Lynx, Salesforce etc.

Skills/Experience

Required:

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Property Insurance company

Full professional fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Outlook, Excel Accuracy and speed in data entry and typing tasks.

Problem solving, analytical and detailed.

Good at complying with deadlines.

Comfortable working within a team Strong organizational skills

Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

Good written and verbal communication skills#LI-SB1
