We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy medical office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. is needed. Basic knowledge of insurance is required. Heavy phone volume. Hours are Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 5:00 (or when finished for the day)
Responsibilities- Greet guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
