Join our dynamic and collaborative Client Solutions team at Envision Pharma Group, where you'll play a key role in leading the successful delivery of high-impact publications and medical communications projects for a growing global client account. We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Executive to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish—building valuable experience in the world of medical communications.
Howwill you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? Role responsibilities
- Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of medical affairs and publications projects. This includes managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met on schedule. - Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the account team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate project documentation. - Client Interaction:
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication. Ensure client needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Financial Management:
Support the financial aspects of projects by assisting with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting. Ensure projects remain within budget and financial objectives are achieved. - Content Management:
Prepare or support the preparation of materials for submission to client systems or tools, and/or other platforms or websites. - Quality Assurance:
Participate in quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- A degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, business, or communications-related field is preferred.
- Typically 1+ years of experience in a project coordination, client services, or administrative role in medical communications or a healthcare agency setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience with platforms like Datavision, Zinc, or Veeva Vault is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-moving environment.
- Able to travel internationally for client meetings or program delivery.
$44,000 - $65,000. The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
