Wise Resource Development (WISE) is seeking a highly capable, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and contribute to the effectiveness of the organization. This is an entry-level, growth-oriented role designed for a high-potential individual at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, take on responsibility and develop strong operational and leadership skills over time.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and will involve managing priorities, supporting execution and helping create the structure and organization needed for the CEO to operate at a high level, with increasing ownership and independence over time.
The ideal candidate is, in the words of Patrick Lencioni, “hungry, humble and smart,” and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This individual demonstrates strong initiative, follows through on commitments and is motivated to learn quickly, take feedback and continuously improve systems, communication and efficiency.
This is a critical role that directly impacts the effectiveness of the CEO and the overall success of the company. WISE is a highly supportive, team-oriented environment. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO and have access to mentorship and guidance from experienced team members, including senior staff who have grown into their roles within the company. This role is designed to provide both support and challenge, with clear expectations and the resources needed to succeed and grow.

Role SummaryThe Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the management of the CEO’s time, priorities and workflow while contributing to the effective execution of day-to-day operations and key initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment and a willingness to develop the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively over time.
This individual will support project coordination, internal communication and select client-related work, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization while building increasing ownership and independence in the role.

Executive Support & Priority Management
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar to align with company priorities, ensuring time is protected for high-impact work
- Oversee and manage email communications, including drafting responses, prioritizing messages and ensuring timely follow-up
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO and other senior leaders with professionalism, clarity and accuracy
- Prepare materials, agendas and follow-up actions for meetings to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
