An established and rapidly growing organization is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to a member of its C-suite (CEO, President, COO, or other senior executive).

This is far more than a traditional administrative role. We're looking for a highly capable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, exercises sound judgment, and enjoys creating order in complex situations. You'll play a critical role in helping a high-performing executive stay focused on the business by managing priorities, logistics, communications, and select personal responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

If you're someone who takes ownership, values excellence, and is looking for a long-term opportunity where your impact will be recognized, we'd like to connect with you.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Managing a complex executive calendar, scheduling, and shifting priorities.
  • Coordinating domestic travel, meetings, itineraries, and executive logistics.
  • Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive communications.
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Leading special projects while tracking deadlines and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Coordinating company meetings, executive events, and off-site planning.
  • Providing occasional personal assistance, including errands, appointments, and executive logistics.
  • Driving the executive to meetings, events, and airport transportation when needed.
  • Anticipating challenges, solving problems proactively, and ensuring each day runs efficiently.
What Makes You Successful

You are someone who naturally stays several steps ahead. You notice details others miss, remain calm when priorities change, and enjoy being the person others rely on to make things happen.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Approximately 5–10 years of professional experience supporting executive leadership.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Household/Estate Manager.
  • Experience supporting a founder, C-suite executive, entrepreneur, high-performing executive, or private family.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong ownership mentality with the confidence to work independently.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and excellent judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort learning new technology and software platforms quickly.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility for occasional evening responsibilities or schedule adjustments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Residence in Uptown or the surrounding area is strongly preferred for responsiveness and scheduling flexibility.
  • Demonstrated career stability, including at least one professional position held for three or more years.
What We Offer
  • Salary up to $88,000, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer match.
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Hybrid work flexibility when executive support responsibilities allow.
  • A stable, long-term career opportunity working directly with a senior executive leader.
  • A collaborative, professional environment where trust, accountability, and excellence are highly valued.
