Administrative Assistant

Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and correspondence.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.

Organise and maintain filing systems and databases.

Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.

Perform general office duties, including data entry and inventory management.

Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

Experience with office management software and tools.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.
