TITLE: Office Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY: The Office Administrator position is responsible for overall front office activities and support of OTS Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Manages all front office activities for a busy OTS department, including shipping and receiving.
- Coordinates with managers and employees to share office resources and accommodate urgent requests.
- Responsible for the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
- Managers the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc. in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment, including copier/printer/fax/scanner, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine etc.
- Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and restocking consumable items such as coffee, bottled water, copy paper, etc.).
- Participates as needed in special department projects such as preparation of project proposals, and submittals.
- While generally focused on the needs of the office the ideal candidate will also be able to provide general and occasional support to, and build rapport with, office Executives.

Education/Experience (Desired):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of office management experience
- At least 2 years of call handling/forwarding experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of mail/shipping processes (postage software, Fed Ex, UPS)

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
