Administrative Assistant Coordinator
Vaco Atlanta has partnered with an impressive client in Dallas, TX to assist in their search for an Administrative Assistant Coordinator. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE opportunity. Only candidates who live in the Dallas, TX area will be considered since 100% in-office work is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage calendars and record office expenses.
- Coordinate meetings, reserve event space, and manage catering.
- Oversee travel details for domestic and international trips; assist in preparing itineraries.
- Prepare presentations and supporting material.
- Must have at least 1 year of administrative office experience.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Most possess strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be self-motivated and take initiative.
- Experience in Workday is preferred.
