Role Overview :This Administrative Specialist role provides essential operational support to help ensure an efficient, organized, and positive employee experience. The position is responsible for a variety of day-to-day activities, including coordinating new hire onboarding, facilitating system access, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and supporting document management and other administrative needs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work both independently and collaboratively with the broader administrative team to support ongoing projects and business needs. The role also embraces technology and innovation, leveraging Microsoft Office, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, streamline administrative processes, and support the team more efficiently.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Managing several administrative tasks
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires
- Configuring the appropriate system access for employees
- Providing employee supplies
- Stocking supplies
- Scheduling meetings, travel and other administrative duties
- Assisting the administrative team with projects and general team tasks including but not limited to filing paper and electronic documents, converting documents to a PDF format and scanning documents as needed.
- Utilizing AI in daily tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency with AI, including Microsoft Copilot and other tools
- Strong communication, customer and computer skills
- Critical attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Work well independently as well as in a team setting
- High School diploma, or GED from an accredited school required
Pay Transparency
Salary range: $38,000-$42,000
Overtime eligible:
Nonexempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
