Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Accurately enter and update information within internal systems Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to processing Request insurance authorization for home health services in a timely manner Follow-up on insurance authorization requests from insurance company Send medical records to the insurance company to complete an authorization request Communicate professionally with insurance companies regarding account verification and documentation Make outbound calls to obtain or clarify information as needed Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information Meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a fast-paced environment Assist with organizing and processing document backlogs efficiently Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Dependable, professional, and reliable work ethic Excellent customer service skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency required BHKW
