Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing a multi‑line switchboard, and greeting guests.
  • Supporting the Sr. Human Resources Manager, General Managers, and leadership team with calendar management, meeting scheduling, report preparation, and correspondence flow.
  • Handling communications, preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, receiving and sorting mail and deliveries, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, governing facilities, maintaining records, and event coordination.
  • Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, SOPs, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably supporting leadership teams.
  • Possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry in ERP systems.
  • Are detail‑oriented, adaptable, and demonstrate a high level of organization and problem‑solving ability.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Can operate office equipment (copy machine, telephone, PC, 10‑key calculator) and are familiar with basic office procedures.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to take initiative and support multiple departments as needed.
