Dallas, TX – in office. Must reside within a commutable distance. $22/hr.
We’re seeking a highly organized
Junior Administrative Assistant to support multiple advisor teams within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role focuses on administrative coordination and operational support that helps financial professionals manage documentation, internal processes, and time-sensitive workflows.
- Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence and internal documents
- Scan, organize, and maintain records across multiple internal systems
- Assist with travel expense reporting and internal billing allocations
- Support time-sensitive financial documentation and transaction processing
- Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple teams and professionals
- Assist with operational projects and workflow management as needed
- Prior
executive assistant, administrative assistant, or operations support experience - Strong proficiency with
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Administrative support experience within financial services, banking, accounting, or corporate environments
- Experience preparing expense reports, financial documentation, or billing records
- Supporting multiple executives or teams simultaneously
- Working with document management systems or high-volume administrative workflows
In this role, you’ll help keep internal operations running smoothly by ensuring critical documentation, administrative workflows, and financial processes are completed accurately and on time. Your work directly supports the teams responsible for delivering financial guidance and services.
