Beaird Harris is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our Client Services Team to fulfill a broad range of administrative responsibilities working with a great team in a collaborative office environment. The Receptionist position is a critical role in our firm. It directly impacts our team and clients. We are a Certified Public Accounting and Wealth Management firm with a fast-paced working environment.

A large portion of the job duties described below will ebb and flow depending on the time of year as we meet various federal and state tax deadlines.

This position is 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a typical schedule of approximately 12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
  • Support various functions in the firm not limited to:
  • Scheduling Meetings & Managing Incoming Calls
  • Managing Conference Rooms
  • Managing Office Supply Orders
  • Special Company Projects
  • New Client Setup and Paperwork
  • Various Other Miscellaneous Administrative Duties
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years proven success in an administrative support function, related to “front office” administration
  • Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM Software
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Client-first attitude
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, collaborative, able to work with others

Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
