About the Opportunity

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the Founder, Chairman, and CEO, providing seamless support across both corporate and personal priorities. This highly visible role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Chief of Staff will help translate the CEO's vision into action, coordinate priorities across both his personal and professional life, managing his life and his other team members (maid, nanny, family, etc.), and ensure important initiatives move forward. The Chief of Staff will represent the CEO with professionalism in their communication, judgment, appearance, and overall demeanor.

Key Responsibilities Strategic and Corporate Support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the CEO
  • Help establish, organize, and advance the CEO's corporate priorities
  • Translate strategic direction into clear plans, deliverables, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate cross functional initiatives involving executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Monitor progress on critical projects and ensure commitments, deadlines, and decisions are addressed
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and executive communications
  • Attend selected meetings on the CEO's behalf, document decisions, and drive follow through
  • Identify potential challenges, competing priorities, and information gaps before they affect execution
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO, leadership team, investors, business partners, and other stakeholders
  • Handle confidential business, financial, and legal information with discretion
  • Support special projects, research, and other priorities as directed by the CEO
Executive and Personal Support
  • Manage a highly complex business and personal calendar, ensuring the CEO's time reflects the highest priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, reservations, and last-minute changes
  • Manage personal appointments, commitments, correspondence, and time-sensitive matters
  • Coordinate with family members, household staff, vendors, advisors, and other personal contacts as appropriate
  • Assist with personal events, travel, purchases, properties, and special projects
  • Track important dates, renewals, payments, documents, and personal obligations
  • Anticipate needs and resolve scheduling, logistical, and administrative issues with minimal direction
  • Maintain clear boundaries, confidentiality, and sound judgment when managing sensitive personal matters
  • Remain accessible outside normal business hours when urgent business or personal needs arise
Qualifications
  • At least 7-10 years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a high growth organization
  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, executive operations, senior executive support, or comparable role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic corporate responsibilities and personal matters
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and executive presence
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions, and operate effectively with limited direction
