Make an impact like never before. We're growing rapidly and are looking for a Dallas Office Manager to serve as the main point of contact for the day to day operations of our Dallas office. The Office Manager will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring we have what we need to support our onsite teams, and maintaining alignment with CGI's corporate standards.

This position is located in our Dallas, Texas Office. A hybrid working model of 3 4 days a week onsite is acceptable.
Day to Day Office Operations. Oversee general office needs, including booking desks and ensuring work spaces are ready and organized. Manage our coffee and snack supplies, as well as kitchen and breakroom essentials (paper towels, plates, utensils, etc.). Handle in office catering requests for meetings and events. Work closely with CGI's internal facilities team to ensure our office setup, signage, and materials remain consistent with CGI's brand standards.
Partner with the building's property management team for maintenance requests, access needs, and other facility related issues.
Health, Safety & Compliance. Maintain up to date emergency plans and ensure they are clearly communicated and posted. Verify that fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and other safety items are in place and current. Coordinate any necessary safety checks or building compliance reviews.
Administrative & Leadership Support. Provide executive assistance for local leadership (Chris), including managing calendars, scheduling, and expense reporting. Assist with coordination of meetings, events, and office communications. Support onboarding logistics for new hires or visiting team members (desk setup, badges, I9, etc.).
Office Culture & Engagement. Help coordinate local office events such as team mixers, volunteer activities, and celebrations. Partner with the local CSR and engagement leads to keep participation high and communication consistent. Support efforts to maintain a positive, connected office culture.
Budget & Vendor Management. Track office supply and catering budgets and process related expenses. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including supply orders, deliveries, and renewals.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 $. CGI's benefits are offered to eligible professionals on their first day of employment to include:
