- Monday 9:00am - 2:30pm & Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am - 2:45pm

Remuneration: $31.63 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
About the Role- Provide reception coverage and create a welcoming, inclusive front-of-house environment
- Manage phone calls, emails, enquiries and visitor entry requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors
- Provide administrative support including preparing correspondence, reports, agendas and minutes
- Support resident administration processes including admissions, records and reporting
- Assist with accounts administration, including invoice processing
- Organise diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Respond to feedback and complaints with professionalism and escalat[e] where required
- Ensure confidentiality, privacy and accurate handling of sensitive information
- Work collaboratively with staff to support smooth operations and a positive resident experience
- Proven experience in administration and office support roles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Experience in aged care or healthcare (highly regarded)
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desirable)
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
