• Are you an experienced automotive service manager with a passion for leading a team and providing excellent customer service? Join our Dallas-based automotive repair shop, which has proudly served our community for over 40 years

• Competitive base salary starting at $65,000, with the potential to earn between $110,000 and $145,000 through commissions.
• 5-day work week – enjoy work-life balance.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the shop.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a service advisor in the automotive repair industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive repair industry practices and procedures.
