Diagnose and Repair Vehicle Systems:
Perform complex diagnostic tests using specialized tools, scan tools, and technical manuals to identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.;
Complete Scheduled Maintenance and Factory Recalls:
Perform comprehensive scheduled maintenance services (e.g., major interval services, timing belt replacements) and execute factory recall campaigns, ensuring all necessary updates and repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.;
Customer Communication:
Accurately document all services performed and communicate any findings to the Service Advisor.;
Operational Excellence:
Adhere to all dealership and OEM procedures for service work. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.;

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with fellow technicians, parts team members, and service advisors to ensure a smooth and seamless workflow.
