- Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical issues using Toyota diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Service and maintain key systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, suspension, and electrical components.
- Complete quality repairs efficiently while adhering to Toyota standards and safety protocols.
- Document all work performed with accurate repair orders and inspection notes to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations, timelines, and customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional workspace and represent the dealership with integrity in all guest interactions.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Technician, dealership experience is a PLUS.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Automotive School or Program experience (preferred).
- Automotive certifications or Toyota Certified credentials (preferred).
