Vehicle Recon Coordinator

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with automotive experience to help manage vehicle reconditioning and prepare vehicles for sale.

• Inspect vehicles and recommend needed reconditioning.
• Review condition reports and repair estimates.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and internal teams.
• Track vehicles through the reconditioning process.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding vehicle status.
• Ensure vehicles are sale-ready on schedule.
• Perform basic vehicle checks, including mileage verification and identifying visible mechanical or cosmetic concerns.

Experience in automotive reconditioning, dealerships, auctions, body shops, or vehicle inspections is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

• Basic automotive knowledge and vehicle inspection experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to walk the lot, enter/exit vehicles frequently, and work outdoors as needed.
