Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year
(Compensation based on experience, certifications, and performance)

• Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver high-quality repairs that meet safety and performance standards

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience (master or senior level)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• ASE certifications strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently on complex repairs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset

• No flat-rate pressure or feast-or-famine scheduling
