What You'll Do
  • Provide estimation services for assigned auction area(s).
  • Provide accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services.
  • Communicate estimates to maintenance, reconditioning, and other teams to initiate work.
  • Work with procurement/purchasing staff to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies required by estimates.
  • Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation, and customer communications related to approved reconditioning estimates.
  • Keep records of repair/reconditioning details and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors.
  • Actively participate in and support all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field; or any degree/certification beyond high school and 1 year of experience; or 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Driver Requirements
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
Compensation

Hourly pay range: $18.17 – $27.31 per hour. Pay may vary within this range based on location, knowledge, skills and abilities. The position may also be eligible for commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or incentive programs.
