We are seeking a strategic and results driven Product Manager to lead the direction and growth of our Multicam product portfolio
, based in Dallas, Texas
.

Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy
, you will manage a defined product portfolio and act as a vital link between engineering, sales, and marketing. Your focus will be on growing and optimizing your product line while identifying new opportunities for expansion in both technology and markets.

• Analyze market trends, segment needs, and competitor activity to inform product strategy.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable development plans using Kongsberg’s product lifecycle and business systems.
• Own and manage the product roadmap and development project list.
• Define and validate product specifications and ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Lead go-to-market efforts including internal training, sales support, and regional product launches.
• Work closely with marketing to deliver impactful product messaging, collateral, and trade show presence.
• Track and analyze product sales performance across regions to guide future strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to ensure long-term product success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in international business environments.
• Strong commercial and marketing skills, particularly in go-to-market strategy.
• Deep understanding of the core technology behind your product line.
• Experience with customer needs analysis, Lean development, and stage-gate processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Either: experience working with Multicam or similar products, or: 5–10 years of strong product management experience in a technical/industrial domain.
• Willingness to travel both regionally and internationally.
