Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary + benefits

A well-established, growing consumer brand in the food and beverage space is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to support procurement, vendor management, and inventory optimization across a multi-location operation. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to ensure product availability, cost control, and supply chain stability.

What You’ll Do
- Own sourcing strategies for assigned product categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and reliability
- Lead supplier and distributor negotiations, including contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
- Manage inventory levels across distribution points to balance availability and minimize excess
- Monitor supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, cost) and address issues proactively
- Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives through negotiations, alternative sourcing, and process improvements
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply disruptions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership on forecasting and planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing
- Experience with in food, beverage, or perishable goods environments strongly preferred
- Proven success in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Hybrid schedule (primarily in-office with limited remote flexibility)
- Office-based role with occasional visits to suppliers or distribution partners
- Occasional travel and weekend support for special projects or events
