** Job Responsibilities
*** Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and priorities.
* Independently elicit, document, and validate business requirements in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
* Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and partner with technology teams to deliver solutions.
* Manage competing priorities, define scope, and support planning while proactively identifying risks and gaps.
* Lead UAT and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and quality standards.
* Create clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations and confidently present analysis, recommendations, and updates to executive audiences.
* Receive and act on direct, candid feedback while maintaining momentum and ownership of deliverables.
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive recommendations forward without heavy oversight.
** Requirements
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis within transformation, consulting, or professional services environments.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation setting.
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to deliver and receive direct, candid feedback regularly.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Visio, and Smartsheet.
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
** Preferred Qualifications

* Certifications:

CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma.
