Optomi, in partnership with a leading global consulting firm, is looking for a Product Manager to support their premier investment banking client in New York City or Dallas, TX. This role requires a confident, independent operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure financial services environments.
Position SummaryThe Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, Privacy, Marketing, Legal, compliance, Risk and operations) to build out relevant product features within a top-tier investment bank. The ideal candidate will bring at least a few years of PM experience in enterprise financial services, with strong Agile framework expertise and comfort operating in lean team structures. This role demands exceptional responsiveness, Type-A energy, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments without hand-holding.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, Privacy, Marketing, Legal, compliance, Risk and operations to build out relevant product features
- Facilitate Agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to guide product build
- Track key metrics and outcomes
- Build control framework, process and procedure for owned product
- Respond to client requests with institutional banking urgency
- Deliver results in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Maintain composure and executive presence in a demanding, “always-on” culture
