About the Role
This organization is entering a strategic growth phase and is seeking a hands-on commercial leader to drive revenue expansion, beginning in the Dallas–Fort Worth market with the ability to scale nationally over time. This role is focused on consultative, relationship-driven B2B services sales
, not product or transactional selling. The ideal candidate is a proven closer who thrives in territory ownership, builds long-term client partnerships, and contributes strategically to shaping the company’s go-to-market approach.
- Own and grow new business development efforts, primarily across the Dallas–Fort Worth market
- Sell safety consulting, OSHA compliance services, training programs, and ongoing safety management solutions
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with owners, executives, and operational leadership
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and close
- Leverage existing relationships to generate near-term revenue where applicable
- Partner closely with leadership and operations teams to support onboarding and service delivery
- Contribute to refining sales strategy, messaging, and market positioning as the organization scales
- Track pipeline, activity, and forecasting through the company CRM
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience selling services (not products)
- Background in construction, commercial services, industrial services, or compliance/professional consulting environments
- Proven success closing relationship-driven, multi-touch service agreements
- Experience selling to owners, executives, and operational leaders
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a territory independently
- brings a verifiable, transferable book of business or active client relationships
- Comfortable operating in a growing organization where structure continues to evolve
- High integrity, disciplined, and process-oriented sales approach
- Base salary range of $90,000–$120,000
, based on experience and book of business - Uncapped commission of 5%–8% on new revenue personally closed
- Target on-target earnings (OTE) of $160,000–$220,000+
- Hybrid, field-based role with autonomy and flexibility
