The company focuses exclusively on commercial roofing, with most of its work centered on service and re-roofing projects. They also take on new construction and service work. A key objective is to continue building out the service and repair division. They specialize in large projects and have staff on hand who can offer design and consulting services in addition to installation, repair, and maintenance.
With 2 acquisitions under their belt in the last 12 months, they are looking to acquire and grow into a national presence and a competitor in every market.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the platform tech stack (ERP/accounting, project/service systems, payroll, estimating, and related integrations)
- Coordinate third-party implementers and internal stakeholders across finance, ops, HR, and IT
- Build and run a repeatable 90–120-day integration playbook for new acquisitions
- Proven track record leading an ERP/accounting-system implementation (construction/job-costing experience is a big plus)
- Data fluency:
Excel comfort, mapping/validation discipline, ability to protect data integrity under pressure - Confident communicator who can train teams and present rollout plans to leadership and field users
