Senior Sales Planning Manager

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

• Strategic Sales Planning:
  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to align with business objectives, improve productivity, and achieve sales targets.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using historical data, market trends, pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key performance indicators to support the sales organization.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to generate insightful reports, respond to sales inquiries, and guide decision-making and strategy development.

  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to create strategic sales proposals, facilitate communication, and ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
• Process Improvement and Issue Resolution:
  Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, recommend and implement improvements, and resolve issues to enhance sales operations and achieve maximum efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivots, lookups; Power Query a plus).
• Experience building and delivering KPI dashboards and executive‑ready performance narratives (Power BI/Tableau or similar preferred).
• SQL and/or data tooling familiarity for repeatable reporting (Snowflake/Databricks/Alteryx or similar).
• Experience with process automation and metric governance.

• Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple deadlines (close/forecast/plan cycles).
• Influence outcomes without direct authority by using data, clear options, and trade‑off recommendations.
• Operate as a trusted partner to operational leaders—facilitating working sessions, resolving data issues, and aligning teams on assumptions and actions.
• Experience in an operational support environment (e.g., field operations, network/IT operations, customer care operations, supply chain operations, or shared services).
