About Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc

At Hallmark Health Care Solutions, the two aspects — what we do and how we do it — are tightly interwoven. In our products and our people alike, we put a relentless focus on truth, trust, transparency, respect and service.

Hallmark Health Care Solutions was founded to strengthen communities by producing technologies, support services, and thought leadership that improve patient care and community health outcomes.

Our software platform allows health systems to schedule staffing to the right places at the right time, forecast demand for future shifts, and understand the big picture of provider compensation. Hallmark’s customers are primarily medium to large health systems (networks of hospitals, care centers, and providers) who want to understand their labor workforce better.

We are seeking a Project Manager Provider Compensation to work alongside our Implementation Team. This role is instrumental in owning the end-to-end implementation of a Provider Compensation SaaS solution, leading internal teams and partnering with clients to define requirements, manage dependencies and deliver high quality, on‑time go‑lives through effective coordination and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the complete provider compensation SaaS solution (Heisenberg II solution).
  • Lead and manage team members to deliver efficient client implementation and successful go‑live.
  • Coordinating with the client stakeholders to understand the scope and project objectives by collecting and documenting the business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies to ensure the project critical decisions are taken ahead of time.
  • Conducting elaborate knowledge transfer sessions to pass on the complete client business requirements with all necessary documents to the technical team.
  • Coordinating with the necessary internal resources to successfully complete the scope of work on time and with quality.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Apply accounting and financial principles to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Validate data sources and perform detailed reconciliations to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and models to support client operational workflows.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights to segregate out‑of‑the‑box features vs. outliers, and communicate back to key stakeholders for timely decision making.
  • Support project planning activities by conducting timely project reviews with client key leadership teams to provide progress updates, manage key decisions, and mitigate risks in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on data and reporting needs.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in business management / healthcare management / information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Healthcare domain within the accounting, finance, or payroll space.
  • Strong background in mathematics, accounting, finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with a proven ability to work with detailed, structured data.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of accounting concepts such as reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial controls.
  • Experience managing or supporting projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Access, or similar).
  • Problem solving, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
