Our client is a rapidly scaling provider of end-to-end Layer 1 physical infrastructure solutions, delivering both services and hardware to customers ranging from telecommunications providers to hyperscale data center operators.
With strong financial backing from leadership who have successfully built and exited multimillion-dollar hardware companies, the organization is positioned for aggressive national expansion. Current revenue is approximately $40M, with a strategic growth plan targeting $100M and beyond.
We are seeking a proven VP of Sales to lead this next phase of expansion.
What You Must Bring
- Deep expertise in Physical Layer 1 solutions (cabling, infrastructure, hardware, connectivity environments)
- Demonstrated success building and scaling a national sales organization
- Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth
- Experience recruiting, developing, and leading commission-driven, high-performance sales teams
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale a national sales force across the United States
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Develop strategic go-to-market initiatives targeting telcos and hyperscalers
- Establish performance culture, accountability, and predictable pipeline generation
- Partner with executive leadership to execute long-term growth strategy
Dallas-based candidates are strongly preferred, though exceptional national candidates will be considered.
