Looking for a RFP Specialist with experience in asset management and financial services for a large global financial giant. Skilled in preparing clear and strong responses to RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs. Works closely with investment, sales, legal, and compliance teams to deliver accurate and client-focused materials. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Proposal Development & Customization
  • Draft, edit, and tailor RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for institutional clients and consultants.
  • Cover multiple asset classes: equities, fixed income, alternatives (private equity, hedge funds, real estate), and multi-asset strategies.
  • Align responses with client needs and highlight GSAM’s value.
  • Ensure brand consistency and clear messaging.
Content Management
  • Maintain and update a central library of standard responses and firm data.
  • Ensure all content is accurate and compliant with internal and regulatory rules.
  • Identify missing content and work with subject matter experts to create new materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers, Product Strategists, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Collect and validate data for proposals.
  • Coordinate review and approval processes.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple RFP projects at the same time.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submission.
  • Coordinate input from stakeholders.
Strategic Communication
  • Translate complex investment topics into clear and persuasive text.
  • Develop strong narratives that support competitive positioning.
Quality & Compliance
  • Review all materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
  • Maintain high standards of grammar and structure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services (asset management, investment consulting, institutional sales support, or similar role).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
