Where You FitThe Client Success Director is the main point of contact for our top global clients and is the key strategic thought leader.
The Client Success Director aligns Terakeet’s internal strategy with clients’ business goals and objectives, and directs internal client teams to execute innovative organic search marketing programs.
You will be responsible for managing multi‑million dollar client accounts and will have access to the C‑Suite of Fortune 1000 organizations.
What We Need- Builds solid partnerships with account and project teams, and identifies and executes solutions in line with Terakeet’s strategic road map and contractual obligations with clients
- Owns client business objectives, maps strategy to economic impact outcomes for their client portfolio, and maintains relationships with Enterprise Partners
- Manages relationships with internal and external executives, crafting succinct and impactful summaries of progress
- Accountable to leadership for revenue retention and driving client outcomes
- Works alongside Enterprise Partners to support the growth of client portfolio
- Serves as primary POC for applicable clients
- Works alongside Strategy Directors to ensure strategic roadmaps are aligned with client business objectives and with cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure business deliverables are met
- Owns retention strategy and planning, and collaborates with Enterprise Partners on growth execution planning
- Leader in working with internal teams to identify and vet new opportunities for account expansion and builds out compelling and measurable campaigns for our clients
- Reporting on client KPIs and business deadlines
- Leader in understanding the client’s competitive landscape and keeps abreast of marketing and advertising trends
- Lead client quarterly business reviews and future planning meetings to ensure KPIs are on track and achieving outcomes
- Supports portfolio growth planning and execution for enterprise‑level clients by demonstrating program success
- Ten or more years of professional work experience in a related role
- Track record of successfully retaining client relationships and budgets with a partnership‑first focus at a senior level
- Solid understanding of search engine optimization and the ways in which branded and non‑branded organic authority and visibility are earned via the web
- Experience developing client specific strategies and KPIs that are in line with business goals, objectives, and budgets
- Hands‑on experience managing multiple enterprise client accounts and handling day‑to‑day client interaction
- Comfortable presenting in group settings and directly to any/all levels of an organization
- Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR or Business
- Experience managing relationships with C‑level executives and/or Fortune 1000 clients
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $152,000.
