Location: Dallas, TX (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year
As a Client Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our esteemed clients. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, facilitating communication between clients and our internal teams.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Understand client needs and goals to effectively provide solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and inquiries
- Monitor account performance and report on metrics to clients
- Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or client service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software
