We are a team of experienced and successful title industry professionals who are launching a brand-new, high-end title company focused on delivering exceptional service in commercial real estate transactions in the Parker County/West Tarrant County area. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity for an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer who wants to help build something from day one — not just fill a role.

The Commercial Escrow Officer will manage and close complex commercial real estate transactions from contract to funding. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, attorneys, and brokers while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional closing experience.

• Manage all aspects of commercial escrow files from opening through post-closing
• Review contracts, title commitments, surveys, and lender instructions
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and brokers
• Prepare settlement statements and closing documents
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Oversee funding and disbursement of transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  
  Assist in developing efficient systems and processes for a growing operation

• Minimum 5 years of commercial escrow experience (required)
• Proven experience handling complex commercial transactions
• Strong knowledge of commercial title commitments and policy issuance
• Ability to interpret contracts and lender instructions with precision
