Equinix is proud to support transitioning service members and military spouses through the Department of Defense Skill Bridge program. This opportunity provides hands‑on experience in a hybrid role that combines accounting expertise with program management to support the buildout of our xScale AI data centers—critical infrastructure powering the future of artificial intelligence and hyperscale computing.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in finance, logistics, operations, or project management who are looking to apply their military‑honed skills in a dynamic, global technology environment.

• Support capital expenditure tracking, cost allocations, and financial reporting for large‑scale infrastructure projects
• Assist with monthly close processes and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for xScale builds
• Use project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Tableau) to monitor progress and report outcomes

• Contribute to multi‑year financial models and scenario planning to support AI infrastructure growth
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Serve as a liaison between Finance, Real Estate, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Participate in meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and implement improvements in financial and operational workflows
• Support cost optimization initiatives and reporting enhancements

Transitioning service member or military spouse with experience in:

• Finance, accounting, logistics, operations, or project management
• Budgeting, forecasting, or managing large‑scale programs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and project tools is a plus
• Eager to learn and contribute to mission‑critical infrastructure projects

• Real‑world experience in a Fortune 500 tech company
• Exposure to global data center operations and AI infrastructure
