You need experience in coaching and feedback delivery, communication excellence, call quality and monitoring, analytical thinking, training and facilitation, adaptability, technical proficiency, the desire to do work that matters, and a bachelor’s degree. This is 100% onsite, Monday‑Friday, five days per week.
