*** Support customers and teammates with accurate, timely parts research, quotes, and order processing
* Investigate and resolve parts discrepancies to keep orders, shipments, and deliveries on track
* Maintain clear, organized records while entering data across systems with precision
* Handle inbound calls and use digital tools, manuals, and resources to find the right solutions

*** Experience working with parts (automotive, construction, or material handling), with the ability to understand customer needs and find the right solution
