The difference between a project that delivers on time and one that slides is usually documentation discipline. As a Project Coordinator at Ken Home, you are the person who closes that gap.
You will partner directly with a Project Manager on 1–3 active projects. You will own the submittal log, the RFI log, the daily reports, the subcontractor compliance binder, and the owner deliverables package. When the project is audited, your work is what the auditors read.
This is a career path role — our Project Managers all started somewhere, and many of them started here.
