About The Role

Banner House’s Programming Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of club events, activities, and member programming. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional member experiences. The coordinator will work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless event delivery and high levels of member engagement.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the planning and execution of club events, including social gatherings, family programming, wellness activities, and special events
  • Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, vendor communication, room setup, and materials preparation
  • Maintain and update the club’s programming calendar and event registration systems
  • Support member communications by drafting event descriptions, emails, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with food & beverage, fitness, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations
  • Track attendance, gather feedback, and assist in post‑event reporting and analysis
  • Provide on‑site support during events, including setup, check‑in, and breakdown
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding programming in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to programming and membership engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva; experience with event management software is a plus
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on member service and experience
  • Primarily on‑site at a private membership club
  • Combination of office work and active event support
  • Fast‑paced, member‑focused environment requiring flexibility and teamwork
