Job Description Role Overview
Hands‑on Construction Systems Trainer / Change Management Specialist supporting the rollout and adoption of a construction and project management platform across field, operations, and leadership teams, with a focus on practical training, user readiness, and sustained adoption.
Day‑to‑Day- Partner with business and project teams to understand workflow, process, and system changes
- Develop and deliver role‑based training for field users, project managers, operations, and leaders
- Create and maintain training materials including job aids, process documentation, walkthroughs, and recorded or live sessions
- Lead or support Train‑the‑Trainer efforts
- Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and office hours
- Collect user feedback, identify adoption gaps, and deliver targeted reinforcement
- Support post‑go‑live adoption and act as a bridge between end users, project teams, and leadership

- Experience delivering training and adoption support for construction management, project management, or field operations platforms
- Background working with construction, utilities, infrastructure, fiber, telecom, or large‑scale project delivery organizations
- Hands‑on experience translating process changes into role‑based training for field and operational users
- Proven ability to facilitate end‑user training, system walkthroughs, demos, and Train‑the‑Trainer sessions
- Strong ability to partner with field teams, project managers, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders
- Comfortable gathering user feedback and adapting training and materials in real time
- Direct experience with Vitruvi (strongly preferred)
- Experience with construction or project delivery platforms such as Procore, Site Tracker, Oracle Primavera/Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CMiC, InEight, Plan Grid, Fieldwire, Viewpoint, Buildertrend, Render, or Trimble
- Experience supporting multi‑market or phased rollouts
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
- Experience supporting both field users and leadership audiences
