Administrative Management, Event Manager / Planner
The Lead Concierge is a key member of the property management team, supervising the Concierge team, developing community activities, and building professional relationships with residents. The Lead Concierge works independently, supporting on‑site management with administrative initiatives, and upholding company policies and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include confirming work orders, auditing reservations, overseeing billing, and ensuring concierge and valet staff meet performance standards.
The role requires strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, multitasking, and emergency response skills.
- Manage Guest Suite and Common Area reservations, update community policies, and collect required forms and fees.
- Respond to residents and Board of Directors on amenity room and community engagement matters.
- Attend committee, staff, and other meetings as required.
- Provide training for new hire Concierges and supervise the Concierge team.
- Track shift activity logs and incident reports for management review.
- Coordinate weekly schedule and review vacation/day‑off requests with the Manager.
- Deliver concierge services, including dry‑cleaning and package delivery.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and monitor property access.
- Maintain logs, records, and forms; resolve and follow up on all complaints and issues.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist the Manager with special requests such as administrative work, mailings, and other tasks. Hours are flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience; high school diploma required.
- Background in recreation or social event planning; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in program development with at least five years of managing vocational, emotional, social, or intellectual programs.
- Preferred: 2–3 years of high‑end/luxury hospitality or property management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic computer literacy and information system knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation$25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
