Overview

Are you ready to make a difference? As a Financial & Actuarial Consultant at Gallagher, you’ll help clients and account teams make informed decisions using financial tools and insights. This role is about more than numbers—it’s about building trust, solving problems, and shaping strategies that drive success.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Analyze data, evaluate reports, and provide recommendations to help clients negotiate rates and funding levels.
  • Prepare and present financial reports that track expenses, renewal projections, and funding strategies.
  • Act as a resource for industry trends, assist in creating presentations, and support account teams with underwriting policies.
  • Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction and organizational growth.
About You Required
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years within employee benefits field in an underwriting capacity.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Math or Finance degree preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
