Role SummaryThe Senior Associate – Strategy & Operations – works across the organization to enable the effective delivery of Revantage’s value proposition and transformation agenda. The role conducts research, develops data‑driven recommendations, and delivers projects that improve operational quality, efficiency, and consistency for Blackstone portfolio companies. It is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in strategic planning processes, develop business cases, and create roadmaps through market research and industry trend analysis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data for operating model enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and optimize business plans and operational strategies aligned to company vision.
- Support the portfolio management life cycle—including demand management, prioritization, project execution, results management, and reporting.
- Establish and manage governance structures for transformation initiatives, providing oversight and accountability.
- Conduct benchmarking to identify leading practices and inform organizational methodologies.
- Support partner lifecycle management, including onboarding/offboarding strategy and operational support to improve partner experience.
- Manage the lifecycle of service offerings from ideation to launch and ongoing management of catalogs and collateral.
- Collect, verify, and report on offering performance data for monthly management reporting.
- Support centralized management of offshore delivery centers and develop repeatable processes for offshoring strategies.
- Demonstrate executive presence while managing ambiguity, proposing actionable solutions, and communicating complex insights to senior leaders.
- Develop storyboards, analytical frameworks, and key insights from data and qualitative analysis.
- Plan and execute projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and implement change management plans, communicating changes to stakeholders and supporting implementation.
- Collaborate with leadership and the People & Culture team on engagement initiatives and a cohesive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Management/Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
- Creative problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complex metrics into clear executive messaging.
- Action‑oriented and strategic mindset, identifying opportunities and connecting across the enterprise.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and verbal/written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing skills, comfortable with all organizational levels, including C‑suite.
- Passion for team engagement, inclusive collaboration, and a fun workplace culture.
- Bias for action, resilience in ambiguity, and perseverance to deliver outcomes while leading change.
- Strong multitasking ability and capacity to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding record of professional and academic achievement.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience managing shared services organizations.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Smart Sheet, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience with business intelligence tools.
Base Salary: $ – $ annually.
Eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
