The role
We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to play a critical role in scaling our U.S. business. Reporting to the Director of U.S. Partnerships, you will own day‑to‑day relationships with key partners while contributing to broader market growth.
You’ll operate at the intersection of partnerships, operations and commercial strategy, managing execution while identifying opportunities to drive performance and partner value.
As part of a high‑performing global partnerships team of 18 spanning five international offices, you’ll collaborate closely with a growing team of U.S. colleagues and international cross‑functional teams across marketing, tech, and finance. You’ll help deliver a seamless partner experience while supporting the continued expansion of MWS in the U.S.
Key responsibilities- Partnership Management: Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for U.S. partners, building strong relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of all contractual assets and digital auctions.
- Auction & Inventory Management: Manage auction operations and execution, and inventory tracking in collaboration with the US operations team, ensuring accuracy and proof of performance.
- Commercial Growth: Support the identification of opportunities to increase revenue and enhance partner value.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work with property equipment managers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution across all touchpoints.
- Reporting & Analysis: Build partner recap decks and manage internal reporting to track auction and partnership performance and help inform future strategy.
- Brand Representation: Act as a trusted partner and ambassador for MWS, upholding company vision and standards while building high‑value relationships with partners.
You’re a commercially minded partnership manager who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. You understand the sports landscape and know how to translate partnerships into tangible business outcomes.
You’re comfortable working across teams and time zones, owning relationships end‑to‑end and balancing attention to detail with a strong sense of the bigger picture.

- Right to work in the U.S.
- Based in Dallas (or willing to relocate) and open to an office‑based role.
- 5-8 years of working experience in a sports commercial or partnerships role (rights holder, property, brand, or agency).
- Degree in Sports Management, Marketing or another related field.
