Job Summary
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Account Coordinator working at Los Angeles or San Francisco and TX, NY, Chicago, Miami. Key Responsibilities Inbox & Escalation Management- Monitor shared brand inboxes and triage incoming inquiries from franchisees, store managers, and corporate contacts
- Determine appropriate next steps, including escalation to internal teams when required
- Gather missing information from stakeholders to ensure accurate case handling
- Track open items and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Respond to inbound onboarding-related inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper completion of onboarding steps
- Support restaurant partners through account setup and initial activation processes
- Manage internal request submissions related to invoice processing
- Validate submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing details
- Submit requests through established invoicing workflows and track progress
- Maintain organized records of escalations, onboarding updates, and support cases
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams
- Assist with ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze trends from partner feedback to help improve service and workflows
- 1+ year of professional experience in support, customer service, account coordination, vendor management, or operations (relevant internships considered)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and tracking abilities
- Comfortable working in collaborative environments
- Detail-oriented, particularly with documentation and invoice validation
- Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Excel or similar spreadsheet tools, and collaborative inbox or ticketing systems
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Pay: $28 - $30/hr (36.46/hr). Shift: Mon‑Fri, 8 am‑5 pm. Weekly paycheck. Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter. Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with free upskilling courses.
